Vintage/antique art deco carved cuff bracelet early plastic/celluloid? c 1920s

Description

Really neat cuff bracelet from around the 1920s, hand carved in an art deco pattern.  It appears to be some type of early plastic, molded/shaped into a cuff and then carved.  It is fairly small, about 2 1/2 inches wide and 2 tall, with a slight give when put on, but I was afraid to shove it on.  It appears to be in very nice condition with small scrapes, maybe just artifacts of the carving.
