Vintage Matched Bakelite Bracelet & Brooch! Gorgeous Cut Back Floral Design!

This gorgeous vintage Bakelite bracelet was carved from solid chocolate brown colored Bakelite. It has been decorated with two abstract feather wing designs. The wing designs face each other and then the feathered wings taper around the sides of the bracelet. A very cool and rare carving design!
Offered for sale is this rare matched Bakelite bracelet and brooch! The bracelet is 1 1/4" wide with a slice cut shape. The bracelet has a 2.5" interior diameter and weighs a chunky 61 grams.
The brooch 1 3/4" in diameter and has a safety pin type clasp that works like new and stays closed when the brooch is being worn.
What makes this pair unique is how they are carved, The artist took the wide slice cut bangle and added triangular shaped facets along each edge. A delicate cut back floral design was added to the center of the bracelet and around the center opening of the brooch. I'm not sure how the artist managed to execute this design, but it is very beautiful and unique!!

This Bakelite bracelet and brooch pair is in excellent vintage condition, no chips or cracks were noted to either piece. The bracelet and brooch's authenticity as Bakelite was confirmed using Simichrome polish. (See photo #10)
