Unusual Bakelite Swirl Hinged Clamper Bracelet

Unusual Swirl Clamper Hinged Bakelite Bracelet that fits my wrist which is 7 inches. (see photos) Not real sure how to measure this. Did the 409 test on this, and it tested as bakelite.  Hinges are good and tight, work well.  The only flaw is a small cut? on the bottom or top? of bracelet (see photo 5) Otherwise in good condition.
