Carved Black double head Snake Bakelite Bangle Bracelet NOT Adjustable (More Bakelite Bracelets are Listed).
It is a small bracelet that will not fit over my hand even though my wrist is 6 1/4”. It is NOT adjustable nor does it have a hinge.
8 1/2” is the measurement across my folded hand at the knuckles when trying to put it on.
It did not test positive for Bakelite with a swab test, but does feel and smells like Bakelite. Came from a collector of Bakelite bracelets.
So, if it is not Bakelite, it may be lucite or another type of vintage plastic. But definitely a collectible.
Age and maker is unknown.
