2 vintage chocolate brown bakelite bangle bracelets with darker and lighter swirls throughout. About 1/4" thick and just under 1/2" wide. 2 1/2" diameter. Inside measurement- about 8". Please measure to make sure bangles will fit over your hand. Bakelite has been tested.
Pictures may not show actual size and colors. Please keep in mind that these bangles had a previous life but are in good vintage condition. Bakelite is a hard plastic, light weight and easily molded, from the 1920s. It became popular for jewelry in the 1930s and into the 1940s.
As with most vintage items these bangles have been gently used and may or may not show signs of normal wear consistent with their age. Although I try to describe this accurately I may miss something, such as a bit of wear, when describing them.
